Here at Twelve Trees, we are actively monitoring the developments of the COVID-19 pandemic and are able to adjust our services to clients and residents in line with Government requirements. We have a full complement of PPE and enhanced infection control training for all of our employees and are working closely with local authorities to protect the health and wellbeing of all of our employees, clients and residents.
We have a full COVID-19 contingency plan and risk assessments for each area of the business and these are reviewed regularly so that we are fully prepared should restrictions change, or a further outbreak occur. Even though restrictions have been lifted in some areas, all employees at Twelve Trees continue to wear PPE when delivering care and when working within our care home. Our Home Care and central offices are fully open at this time.
