Twelve Trees Home Care

All our care packages are designed with the client in mind, making our service ‘person-centred’. Our trained Carers are able to help with personal care, meal preparation, and general daily tasks.  Our Carers are also able to help with any medicines prescribed for you by your Doctor (subject to limitations).

We know how important it is to get out of the house and Twelve Trees are happy to support our clients to enrich their lives with a bit of variety.  Whether that be a trip to the shops, visits to local landmarks or afternoon tea with friends, we have the staff and vehicles to suit your needs.  We have a wheelchair accessible car for those with poorer mobility and can support clients to attend those important medical appointments.

Twelve Trees are able to adapt to every client’s needs. Our Carers receive specialist training to support those clients with Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease and Bipolar Disorder. We have supported clients with cancer, following strokes and those who suffer with more complex conditions, such as Cerebral Palsy and learning disabilities. We are able to assist clients with any rehabilitation exercises, palliative care and can offer stoma and catheter care.
