What qualifications do you need to be a Care Assistant?

None, we will train our Care Team if they are new to Care. We also support our staff to undertake relevant qualifications should they wish to do so.

How much is a Care Assistant paid per hour?

At Twelve Trees Home Care we always pay our care team higher than minimum wage. We also pay for any time spent training. In addition, we also ensure that pay is reviewed annually at a minimum.
