One of the highlights of November was a special trip to the snooker hall for our resident Michael. The atmosphere was electric as Michael showcased some truly impressive shots, reminding everyone that skill and competitive spirit don't diminish with age!
The trip wasn't just about the game—it was about the smiles, the friendly competition, and the joy of doing something familiar and enjoyable. These personalised outings are so important because they honour individual interests and help residents maintain connections to hobbies they've loved throughout their lives.
Our residents also enjoyed wonderful friendship lunches at two of Sheffield's beloved venues—the Cross Scythes pub and Mosborough Hall. There's something truly special about gathering together over a good meal in a welcoming atmosphere.
